Hello Birdeye Team,
My name is Giuseppe, and I am the founder of NeurotiCat, a project active in the Cronos ecosystem. I would like to inquire about the eligibility requirements for X Smart Cashtags, so users can easily find our token and view the correct price chart.
Project name: NeurotiCat
Token symbol: NEURO
Network: Cronos
Contract address: 0xCFE223d06b86568C24ffd17E8ac748DbAC096b3b
Official X profile: https://x.com/neuroticatcro
Website: https://neuroisland.xyz
Currently, when searching for “$NEURO” on X, our token does not appear among the Smart Cashtag results.
I would like to know whether it is possible to add our token as a separate, clearly identifiable result under the name NeurotiCat, linked to the correct contract address on the Cronos network.
Could you please confirm whether Cronos tokens are eligible, what options are supported, and what verification or additional information is required to proceed?
If these requests are handled by another team, I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the appropriate contact.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Giuseppe
