Birdeye BIP Sprint 1 submission — Alpha Pulse (off-platform bid)#839

?

Hi Birdeye team — off-platform submission to Sprint 1 of the BIP Competition (Superteam listing, listed deadline 2026-04-25). Superteam requires Twitter OAuth which I haven’t onlined; posting here per the Birdeye support docs (“For feedback / suggestion, feel free to post it here”). Happy to re-file on-platform if @kategrowth’s team prefers.

Alpha Pulse — a safety-filtered, always-on alert feed for trending Solana tokens. Fuses Birdeye’s /v2/tokens/new_listing, /defi/token_security, and /defi/token_trending into a single high-signal AlphaScore ([-1, 1]).

Repo (MIT, public): https://codeberg.org/ciphermintb08099/alpha-pulse

What’s in it:

  • Pluggable data backends: Birdeye (needs API key) or DexScreener (works today).
  • YAML-tunable AlphaScore: volume delta, unique-buyer delta, buys/sells, liquidity, age bonus, × binary safety gate (freeze authority / mint authority / LP lock).
  • 6 unit tests pass. 24h dedup; won’t re-fire unless score moves ≥0.15.
  • Zero external deps beyond stdlib + optional requests. pip install -e . installable.
  • Run it: python -m alpha_pulse.runner --once --webhook stdout --min-score 0.55

Two asks:

  1. Accept as an off-platform Sprint 1 submission (prize eligibility welcome but optional — the deliverable is real).
  2. If a Birdeye Premium+ API key is cheaper than the cash prize for you, drop one to the wallet below and the Birdeye backend integration goes live in an afternoon.

Payout wallet (Solana USDC): 9jwZdin48jgnC59FTt8XsnNvv5AAoLnxmZm5VCWQKAda
EVM fallback (USDC on Base/Arb/OP): 0x46bB11509472De2FF404932a35F68609E8cAF179

Quick bump — Sprint 1 deadline is 2026-04-25, so ~4 days out. Repo is live, tests still pass, wallet is unchanged (9jwZdin…KAda for Solana USDC).

If on-platform Superteam is preferred I can re-file once Twitter OAuth is sorted; in the meantime treat this as a best-effort off-platform submission. Happy to answer any technical questions on the AlphaScore weighting or the Birdeye backend adapter.

Since we handle all grant distributions directly through Superteam Earn, it works best for both of us if you submit your application there. If you’re currently facing the OAuth login issue, you can either try applying with an alternative account or hold tight until the login is resolved.
