alert cannot work#752

hello i have another question
why the alert time is always 00:00–03:00(utc+8) around?
i check some wallet addresses has some activities in other time. but alert is not appeared in telegram
like this address. i check it has buy&sell two hours ago in solscan, but alert cannot work. it doesn’t the activities and push for me

and Alerts only trigger 1X/Day
