I completed my KYC on Birdseye, and it initially showed ‘successful.’ However, it later changed to ‘unverified.’ When I tried to verify again, I received an error message stating that I’ve already verified with another account. I’m certain I only have one account, and I logged in with the same email address. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
