Accommodation Options for CTO Projects#594

Dear Birdeye Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a common issue we have observed within your otherwise excellent info service. Currently, CTO projects are unable to alter their displayed logos, which poses a significant challenge in maintaining updated and relevant branding.

In the rapidly growing and evolving crypto space, the ability to change basic information such as logos is crucial. It allows projects to stay current, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

As an example, our token, SENK, has faced difficulties due to this limitation. Despite our efforts to rebrand and update our logo to better reflect our project’s identity and vision, we have been unable to implement these changes within Birdeye.

We strongly feel that providing certain accommodations for CTOs to update essential information like logos would greatly benefit not only individual projects but also the overall user experience within Birdeye. Flexibility in this area would demonstrate Birdeye’s commitment to supporting the dynamic nature of the cryptocurrency industry.
