Greyed out Swap Button#578

The swap button is greyed out and not allowing me to exit a trade. Why? I have cleared cache and cookies, rebooted, updated chrome and my device and nothing is working…. I am loosing money as I type this, I understand things happned but there is not a seachable solution… Fix this and help me fix this so i can exit a trade
