Dear Birdeye Team,

I would like to provide feedback on your platform’s user interface. Overall, the UI is very user-friendly, especially for newcomers. The inclusion of real-time charts adds a valuable dynamic element. However, there have been instances of slow processing during token swaps, occasional freezes, and issues with balance visibility. Additionally, the website’s weight poses challenges on certain devices. Improving these aspects would enhance the overall user experience.
